This Kit provides the customer with the procedures, policy, and methodologies as well as associated tools to embrace projects in a successful manner. Essentially, the Startup Kit provides the customer with the foundation to ensure projects are pursued correctly from inception.
Specific Steps and Tools Include:
- Project assessment and evaluation
- Identification of specific issues regarding communication, issues tracking and schedule management
- Risk state in terms of cost, schedule, control, feature/functionality
- Rapid evaluation of political and organizational issues
- Consensus
with project sponsors
- Rapid response action plan
- Full report of problem areas and action plans needed to pursue and implement the
project
- Monitor invocation of rapid response plan
