Course Prerequisites: None. This course is aimed at customers having little to no hands-on experience with Agile Systems Development methodologies. General experience with Systems Development experience is assumed.

Target Audience: Anyone interested in learning about how the overall Agile approach to systems development works including Engineers, Sales Staff, Management, Support Personnel, others.

Course Description: The following class presents an overview of the Agile process including definition, review of characteristics, contrast and comparison with other approaches as well as application of the methodology. Specific execution instances of the Agile methodology will be presented and students will have the opportunity to conduct hands-on exercises, which will help solidify the understanding of Agile processes.
