The Challenge:
We recognize that determining a problem isn't always straight forward and requires some investigative time to figure out what may be wrong with a given project. And, perhaps you don't want to make an immediate commitment without first getting to know your options and how EMHI can assist you.
The Solution:
We will provide you with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt free of charge to come on-site and review and assess your project challenges. This free period may last a few days to a couple of weeks depending upon the nature of the issue. As part of this review, we will develop and present you with a written analysis of your project issues along with initial recommendations. Upon agreeing on a plan of action, we will proceed to solve your project challenges in conjunction with you.
